# Nuuly vs Dual Drinks

The clearest difference is monetization model: Dual Drinks at free against Nuuly's subscription. Dual Drinks also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 66%) and device support (3 vs 1). Nuuly's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (30K vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Nuuly against 5.0 for Dual Drinks. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nuuly has 30K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 66% of Nuuly's written reviews are positive against 100% of Dual Drinks's.

Nuuly ships an update every 9 days, Dual Drinks every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
