# HOMMA vs DOOR

The clearest difference is rating: DOOR at 4.5 against HOMMA's 4.0. DOOR also leads on ratings volume (51K vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). HOMMA's advantage is review sentiment (25% vs 14%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DOOR holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DOOR has 51K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of HOMMA's written reviews are positive against 14% of DOOR's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

HOMMA ships an update monthly, DOOR weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 8, 2026 respectively.
