# LiftOff vs Keep

The clearest difference is rating: Keep at 5.0 against LiftOff's 4.2. Keep also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 6 weeks). LiftOff's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Keep sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. LiftOff asks for nothing beyond the download.

Keep holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LiftOff has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

LiftOff ships an update every 6 weeks, Keep every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
