# Open Callsheet vs Final Draft Go

The clearest difference is monetization model: Open Callsheet at free with in-app purchases against Final Draft Go's subscription. Open Callsheet also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). Final Draft Go's advantage is ratings volume (1.7K vs 1). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Open Callsheet sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per year and Final Draft Go sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.0 for Open Callsheet against 4.0 for Final Draft Go. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Final Draft Go has 1.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Open Callsheet ships an update every 3 weeks, Final Draft Go every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
