# JomStudy vs Studley

The clearest difference is review sentiment: JomStudy at 96% against Studley's 50%. JomStudy also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Studley's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (4.5K vs 6). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. JomStudy sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Studley sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

JomStudy holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Studley has 4.5K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 96% of JomStudy's written reviews are positive against 50% of Studley's.

JomStudy ships an update every 8 days, Studley weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
