# WifiLink vs QR Code Share

The clearest difference is rating: QR Code Share at 4.3 against WifiLink's 3.2. WifiLink's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 6 weeks) and review sentiment (11% vs 0%). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WifiLink sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.49 per month and QR Code Share sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

QR Code Share holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 25 and 18 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 11% of WifiLink's written reviews are positive against 0% of QR Code Share's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

WifiLink ships an update every 5 days, QR Code Share every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
