# Intro vs Expys

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Intro at 2.3K against Expys's 1. Expys's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Intro against 5.0 for Expys. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Intro has 2.3K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Intro ships an update every 2 months, Expys every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
