# Splity vs Flashcards AI

The clearest difference is ads: Flashcards AI at none against Splity's shown. Flashcards AI also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Splity sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Flashcards AI sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Splity ships an update every 5 weeks, Flashcards AI every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
