# Magic FX vs VJump

The clearest difference is ads: VJump at none against Magic FX's shown. VJump also leads on review sentiment (53% vs 18%) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). Magic FX's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (3.3K vs 70). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Magic FX sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and VJump sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Magic FX holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Magic FX has 3.3K ratings behind it against 70, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 18% of Magic FX's written reviews are positive against 53% of VJump's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Magic FX ships an update monthly, VJump every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
