# Easy Remember vs SelfNote

The clearest difference is update cadence: Easy Remember at every 5 days against SelfNote's monthly. Easy Remember also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). SelfNote's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Easy Remember sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and SelfNote sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Easy Remember against 5.0 for SelfNote. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SelfNote has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Easy Remember ships an update every 5 days, SelfNote monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
