# Notepad vs EasyNote

The clearest difference is update cadence: Notepad at every 6 weeks against EasyNote's every 5 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notepad sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month and EasyNote sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
