# Notepad vs Video Compress

The clearest difference is ads: Video Compress at none against Notepad's shown. Notepad's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notepad sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month and Video Compress sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
