The clearest difference is rating: Introvert at 4.7 against Лекторий «Достоевский»'s 4.0. Introvert also leads on ratings volume (882 vs 8) and update cadence (every 11 days vs every 2 months). Лекторий «Достоевский»'s advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and review sentiment (63% vs 47%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Introvert holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. Written reviews complicate that: 63% of Лекторий «Достоевский»'s written reviews are positive against 47% of Introvert's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
