The clearest difference is in-app purchases: DElight Speed at none against Ucon's 23. DElight Speed also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Ucon's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (3.4K vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ucon sells 22 in-app purchases, starting at $3.49 per month. DElight Speed asks for nothing beyond the download.
