# BarsPay vs Триал

The clearest difference is update cadence: BarsPay at fortnightly against Триал's every 4 months. BarsPay also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.1). Триал's advantage is rating (1.4 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (11 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Триал holds the better App Store score, 1.4 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Триал has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 5% of BarsPay's written reviews are positive against 9% of Триал's.

BarsPay ships an update fortnightly, Триал every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
