# FishFinder vs TeamSelector

The clearest difference is update cadence: FishFinder at every 3 weeks against TeamSelector's every 3 months. FishFinder also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FishFinder sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and TeamSelector sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FishFinder ships an update every 3 weeks, TeamSelector every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
