# Flower Wallpaper Maker vs IPTV ++

The clearest difference is rating: Flower Wallpaper Maker at 5.0 against IPTV ++'s 4.0. Flower Wallpaper Maker also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.1). IPTV ++'s advantage is review sentiment (67% vs 50%). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Flower Wallpaper Maker holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 7 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Flower Wallpaper Maker's written reviews are positive against 67% of IPTV ++'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
