# Meditative Mind vs IngreShield

The clearest difference is device support: Meditative Mind at 3 against IngreShield's 1. Meditative Mind also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Meditative Mind sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and IngreShield sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
