# Foil Turning 3D vs Locksmith 3D

The clearest difference is rating: Foil Turning 3D at 4.7 against Locksmith 3D's 4.0. Foil Turning 3D also leads on ratings volume (26K vs 3). Locksmith 3D's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Foil Turning 3D sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Locksmith 3D asks for nothing beyond the download.

Foil Turning 3D holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Foil Turning 3D has 26K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of Foil Turning 3D's written reviews are positive against 50% of Locksmith 3D's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
