# LloydsSmart vs UA SMART

The clearest difference is review sentiment: UA SMART at 100% against LloydsSmart's 22%. LloydsSmart's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 3.2) and ratings volume (160 vs 6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

LloydsSmart holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LloydsSmart has 160 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 22% of LloydsSmart's written reviews are positive against 100% of UA SMART's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

LloydsSmart ships an update every 7 months, UA SMART every 10 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
