# Log Thrower vs Pinochle Calc

The clearest difference is ads: Pinochle Calc at none against Log Thrower's shown. Log Thrower's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 18.0). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Log Thrower sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and Pinochle Calc sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
