# Twiq vs stdout.chat

The clearest difference is rating: stdout.chat at 5.0 against Twiq's 4.4. stdout.chat also leads on ads (none vs shown). Twiq's advantage is ratings volume (2.2K vs 1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Twiq sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and stdout.chat sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
