# Khotta AI vs PM Tricks

The clearest difference is ads: PM Tricks at none against Khotta AI's shown. PM Tricks also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.5) and ratings volume (634 vs 100). Khotta AI's advantage is review sentiment (73% vs 54%) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Khotta AI sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and PM Tricks sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PM Tricks holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PM Tricks has 634 ratings behind it against 100, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of Khotta AI's written reviews are positive against 54% of PM Tricks's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Khotta AI ships an update fortnightly, PM Tricks every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
