# Letter Manager vs Text Workflow

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Text Workflow at 176 against Letter Manager's 19. Text Workflow also leads on review sentiment (95% vs 86%) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Letter Manager sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Text Workflow sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Text Workflow holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Text Workflow has 176 ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 86% of Letter Manager's written reviews are positive against 95% of Text Workflow's.

Letter Manager ships an update monthly, Text Workflow fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 27, 2026.
