# Stellar Tickets vs Met Opera

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Met Opera at 57% against Stellar Tickets's 12%. Met Opera also leads on rating (4.9 vs 2.0) and ratings volume (4.2K vs 52). Stellar Tickets's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Met Opera holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Met Opera has 4.2K ratings behind it against 52, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 12% of Stellar Tickets's written reviews are positive against 57% of Met Opera's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
