# Codeprendo vs Hyper Zones

The clearest difference is monetization model: Codeprendo at free against Hyper Zones's free with in-app purchases. Codeprendo also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Hyper Zones's advantage is device support (4 vs 2). On price, rating, review sentiment and ratings volume there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Codeprendo sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Hyper Zones sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Codeprendo against 5.0 for Hyper Zones. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 3 respectively. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Codeprendo ships an update monthly, Hyper Zones fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
