# PictureIt vs Ikodoku

The clearest difference is ads: Ikodoku at none against PictureIt's shown. Ikodoku also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5). PictureIt's advantage is ratings volume (394 vs 1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PictureIt sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Ikodoku sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ikodoku holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PictureIt has 394 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

PictureIt ships an update every 2 weeks, Ikodoku weekly. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
