# CO vs ApWatch

The clearest difference is rating: CO at 4.5 against ApWatch's 2.5. CO also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 months) and review sentiment (27% vs 12%). ApWatch's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CO holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CO has 1.2K ratings behind it against 82, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 27% of CO's written reviews are positive against 12% of ApWatch's.

CO ships an update fortnightly, ApWatch every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
