# Pod Decks vs PREVO

The clearest difference is ads: PREVO at none against Pod Decks's shown. PREVO also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). Pod Decks's advantage is ratings volume (81 vs 6) and iOS requirement (12.4 vs 15.0). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pod Decks sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and PREVO sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Pod Decks against 5.0 for PREVO. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pod Decks has 81 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Pod Decks ships an update every 3 months, PREVO monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
