# SuperBand vs SZOS

The clearest difference is rating: SZOS at 2.8 against SuperBand's 2.6. SuperBand's advantage is review sentiment (17% vs 5%). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SZOS holds the better App Store score, 2.8 against 2.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 56 and 105 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 17% of SuperBand's written reviews are positive against 5% of SZOS's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SuperBand ships an update every 5 weeks, SZOS every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 22, 2026.
