The clearest difference is in-app purchases: CC Blackbox at none against CodeMaster's 3. CC Blackbox also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs monthly) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). CodeMaster's advantage is ratings volume (140 vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CodeMaster sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. CC Blackbox asks for nothing beyond the download.
