# Hoops Tracker vs Play Designer

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Hoops Tracker at none against Play Designer's 17. Hoops Tracker also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 18.5). Play Designer's advantage is ratings volume (774 vs 1) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Play Designer sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $7.00 per 7 days. Hoops Tracker asks for nothing beyond the download.
