# Study Sets vs Quizgecko

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Study Sets at 91% against Quizgecko's 65%. Study Sets also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.1). Quizgecko's advantage is ratings volume (451 vs 13) and update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Study Sets sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Quizgecko sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $17.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Study Sets holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Quizgecko has 451 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 91% of Study Sets's written reviews are positive against 65% of Quizgecko's.

Study Sets ships an update monthly, Quizgecko every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
