# Randomizer vs Begets

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Begets at none against Randomizer's 1. Begets also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Randomizer's advantage is ratings volume (16 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Randomizer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Begets asks for nothing beyond the download.

Begets holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Randomizer has 16 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
