# Staslink vs NumberBox

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: NumberBox at none against Staslink's 8. NumberBox also leads on ads (none vs shown). Staslink's advantage is ratings volume (20K vs 565). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Staslink sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. NumberBox asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.4 for Staslink against 4.5 for NumberBox. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Staslink has 20K ratings behind it against 565, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 57% of Staslink's written reviews are positive against 64% of NumberBox's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
