# Goodweebs vs Anime Explorer

The clearest difference is rating: Goodweebs at 5.0 against Anime Explorer's 3.8. Anime Explorer's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 83%) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Goodweebs holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Anime Explorer has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of Goodweebs's written reviews are positive against 100% of Anime Explorer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
