# 5POST vs Аст

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Аст at 100% against 5POST's 10%. Аст also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.2). 5POST's advantage is ratings volume (254 vs 3) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 2 weeks).
