# Яндекс Лавка vs Monkey Grinder

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Monkey Grinder at 89% against Яндекс Лавка's 13%. Monkey Grinder also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (weekly vs every 2 weeks). Яндекс Лавка's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (2.1K vs 5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Яндекс Лавка holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Яндекс Лавка has 2.1K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of Яндекс Лавка's written reviews are positive against 89% of Monkey Grinder's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Яндекс Лавка ships an update every 2 weeks, Monkey Grinder weekly. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
