# Ikes vs PILE

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Ikes at 93% against PILE's 7%. Ikes also leads on rating (4.7 vs 1.6). PILE's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ikes sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and PILE sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ikes holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 31 and 24 respectively. Written reviews point the same way: 93% of Ikes's written reviews are positive against 7% of PILE's.

Ikes ships an update every 2 weeks, PILE every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
