# FourCropper vs IsTalk

The clearest difference is rating: IsTalk at 5.0 against FourCropper's 4.3. IsTalk also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 5 weeks) and device support (3 vs 1). FourCropper's advantage is review sentiment (75% vs 49%) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FourCropper sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per year and IsTalk sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

IsTalk holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of FourCropper's written reviews are positive against 49% of IsTalk's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

FourCropper ships an update every 5 weeks, IsTalk every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
