# Pingstar vs SSH Term

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Pingstar at 100% against SSH Term's 60%. Pingstar also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pingstar sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and SSH Term sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
