# RK vs M8C Remote Display

The clearest difference is review sentiment: M8C Remote Display at 100% against RK's 67%. RK's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

RK holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 9 and 19 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of RK's written reviews are positive against 100% of M8C Remote Display's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

RK ships an update every 5 months, M8C Remote Display every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
