# Delaware Library vs TopStories

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Delaware Library at none against TopStories's 6. Delaware Library also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (100% vs 88%). TopStories's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.5) and ratings volume (45 vs 13). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TopStories sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Delaware Library asks for nothing beyond the download.

TopStories holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 13 and 45 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Delaware Library's written reviews are positive against 88% of TopStories's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
