# PDFelement vs SkipKey

The clearest difference is ads: SkipKey at none against PDFelement's shown. SkipKey also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 10 days). PDFelement's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PDFelement sells 18 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and SkipKey sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
