# WhichOne vs Votly

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: WhichOne at none against Votly's 10. WhichOne also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.5 vs 4.2). Votly's advantage is review sentiment (86% vs 71%). On price, update cadence, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Votly sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. WhichOne asks for nothing beyond the download.

WhichOne holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WhichOne has 358 ratings behind it against 31, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of WhichOne's written reviews are positive against 86% of Votly's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

WhichOne ships an update every 3 weeks, Votly fortnightly. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
