# iWane vs e

The clearest difference is rating: iWane at 4.5 against e's 3.5. e's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and update cadence (every 2 days vs fortnightly). On price, review sentiment, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iWane sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. e asks for nothing beyond the download.

iWane holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: e has 2.5K ratings behind it against 184, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 20% and 19% positive.

iWane ships an update fortnightly, e every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
