# Thirdfort vs Verify by Tiller

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Verify by Tiller at 100% against Thirdfort's 16%. Verify by Tiller also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.8 vs 18.0). Thirdfort's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (707 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Thirdfort holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Thirdfort has 707 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 16% of Thirdfort's written reviews are positive against 100% of Verify by Tiller's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Thirdfort ships an update every 3 weeks, Verify by Tiller every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
