# Ride With Me! vs WAVE Intercom

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Ride With Me! at 100% against WAVE Intercom's 35%. Ride With Me! also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). WAVE Intercom's advantage is rating (3.6 vs 1.0) and in-app purchases (none vs 4). On price, update cadence, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ride With Me! sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per month. WAVE Intercom asks for nothing beyond the download.

WAVE Intercom holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WAVE Intercom has 17 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Ride With Me!'s written reviews are positive against 35% of WAVE Intercom's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ride With Me! ships an update every 3 weeks, WAVE Intercom monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
