# Fast Tracker vs Fast

The clearest difference is update cadence: Fast Tracker at monthly against Fast's every 2 months. Fast Tracker also leads on review sentiment (86% vs 75%) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.6). Fast's advantage is ratings volume (3.3K vs 430). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fast Tracker sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month and Fast sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Fast Tracker against 4.7 for Fast. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fast has 3.3K ratings behind it against 430, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 86% of Fast Tracker's written reviews are positive against 75% of Fast's.

Fast Tracker ships an update monthly, Fast every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
