# ResConnected vs RIPT Dispensary

The clearest difference is rating: RIPT Dispensary at 5.0 against ResConnected's 3.6. ResConnected's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

RIPT Dispensary holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ResConnected has 30 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.
